Ordering from Outside the U.S.

If a shipping address is specified that is not within the United States, our staff must quote the shipping charges. Within 72 hours, we will send a shipping quote to the e-mail address you provide. (It is essential you provide a valid e-mail address.) Before we can process your order, you must confirm either by e-mail or phone that the shipping charges are acceptable. For phone confirmation of orders, call 800-3828-5787 during our business hours Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. central time.

Our normal policy for international orders is to hold the entire order if an item is on back order. Please contact us if you would like your order partially shipped.

For any order that is shipped outside the U.S., the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as any import tariffs, taxes, duties, broker fees, or any other associated charges. Also, all international orders must be prepaid with a credit card.
